PREPARATION OF TRAFFIC STUDIES A traffic study serves as a technical basis for planning construction works that require a building permit, as well as for road-related activities where such a permit is not needed. It ensures safe and efficient traffic organization during the execution of works.
PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION Professional and financial supervision is carried out by a licensed supervising engineer on behalf of the investor, ensuring that the construction complies with the issued permits, applicable laws, and technical regulations. In the case of family homes, special attention is given to structural stability, safety, and energy efficiency.
